This is a very practical recipe that you can make with the type of pasta that you like the most. It is a cold pasta that is served with ham and cream with a little salt and pepper. It is perfect for hot days or for children's parties.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams elbow pasta
  • 500 milliliters sour cream
  • 250 grams Turkey ham
  • 3 leaves bay (laurel)
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Boil enough water to sew the code and prepare it as in the package instructions, adding salt, bay leaves, onion and garlic.
Once you have cooked it al dente, but do not rinse it with cold water, just let it cool for only about 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the onion, garlic and bay leaf. Place the pasta in a deep bowl.
Chop the ham in cubes and pour it into the paste, stir carefully and then pour in the cream and stir also carefully. Finally put a little white pepper and salt and garnish with finely chopped parsley.

PRESENTATION

Adorn with the chopped prejil.
