Cold Creamy Pasta with Tuna

Try this delicious creamy pasta with tuna which is a delicious and complete dish. It is made with spiral pasta with a little celery, purple onion, serrano pepper and a creamy mayonnaise dressing. The best thing is that you can leave it done in advance because it goes cold.

Ingredients

  • 2 liters of Water (1L per c / 100g pasta)
  • enough of Salt
  • 2 packages of Espiral La Moderna®
  • 1/2 piece of purple Onion
  • 1 Cup of celery chopped
  • 4 pieces of chile serrano
  • 1 piece of cucumber With peel, in cubes
  • 4 pieces of carrot in cubes
  • 3/4 of Cup of elotito
  • 4 cans of tuna in water drained
  • 3/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise for the dressing
  • 1/4 of Cup of sour cream for the dressing
  • 2 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard for the dressing
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt of celery, for dressing
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of onion powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Pepper
  • to taste of Salt

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over medium heat, boil the water and cook the Espiral La Moderna® with a little salt, according to the package instructions. Drain, cool and reserve.
    In a bowl, mix the onion with celery, chili, cucumber, carrot, elotitos, tuna and Espiral La Moderna®. Reservation.
    For the dressing, mix mayonnaise with cream, mustard, celery salt, onion and garlic powder, pepper and salt.
    Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Rectify seasoning and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a container with a lid and bring it to the office.

    TIPS

    You can make it healthier by using Greek yoghurt for the dressing instead of mayonnaise and cream.
