Preparation
Put the pasta in a pot in hot water until it is herb, about 10 minutes.
In another saucepan, boil the chicken breast with a pinch of salt and a small piece of onion. Place the egg in a bowl of water over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes to make the hard-boiled egg.
Once cooked the pasta and the chicken breast, drain the pasta perfectly and let it cool for a few minutes, once cold, the chicken is crumbled. The cucumber is peeled, the seeds are removed and cut into small squares. The leaves of lettuce to be used are disinfected.
In a bowl we put the pasta, the mayonnaise is added and the mustard is stirred very well, the corn is added, the cucumber in small squares, the chicken breast already shredded.
Lettuce leaves are placed on a plate for each person to put the salad and cut the hard-boiled egg into slices and put on each taquito.
