A colorful recipe, perfect for children to eat well never to spare, so this creamy pasta with tomato, onion, celery and oregano pasta will be very enjoyable. This pasta is seasoned with a little cream and mayonnaise, which makes it very attractive for the little ones, also it has a good portion of protein, in the form of tuna, to make it delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 liters Water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 cups elbows pasta
  • 2 cups tuna
  • 2 cups tomtato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • enough fresh coriander, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot with water and salt, cook the pasta for 10 minutes. Strain and reserve.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, tomato, onion, celery, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper until completely integrated.
Add the pasta, the cream, the mayonnaise and mix perfectly.
Garnish with cilantro and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with coriander, accompany with lemon water and enjoy.

TIPS

Do not overcook the pasta, so you will prevent them from watering.
