Ingredients: water, for cooking the pasta; salt, for cooking the pasta; 1 package La Moderna® rigatoni pasta, 200 g; 2 cups table cream; 1/2 cups evaporated milk; 1/4 cups chipotle chile, pickled; salt; pepper; 2 tablespoons butter, in small cubes; 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped; 1 1/2 cups bacon, finely chopped; parsley, leaves, for decoration

Add salt to a pot with enough boiling water. Add Espiral La Moderna® and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside in a bowl covered with cling film. Blend the half cream, evaporated milk, chipotle chili, salt, and pepper for 2 minutes or until a smooth sauce is obtained.
