Ingredients: 2 liters water; 1 package Lucchetti® vegetable spaghetti; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 3 leaves dried bay; 2 tablespoons salt; 2 red bell peppers; 2 chicken breasts; 1 pinch salt and pepper; 1 tablespoon paprika; 1 cup sour cream; 2 tablespoons butter; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped; 1 red bell pepper, cut into medium cubes; 1 cup Parmesan cheese; 1 pinch parsley, finely chopped; cherry tomato, for garnish

Heat water in a small pot over high heat until it reaches boiling point, cook the Lucchetti® Vegetable Spaghetti with olive oil, bay leaves, and salt until al dente. Heat a grill over high heat and cook the peppers along with the chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Cut the breast and set aside. Sweat the peppers, clean them and set aside.
