In a pot, boil water and when it starts to boil, add salt, wait for it to regain temperature and add La Moderna® Farfalle pasta, cook for 9 to 11 minutes. Drain, cool, and set aside. Heat the olive oil and butter over low heat, add the sliced garlic, and guajillo chili. Once the oil changes color, remove the garlic and chili from the heat and set aside.
