Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the instructions of its box (normally 5-6 minutes in boiling water).
While cooking, melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the flour and cook for 30 seconds more. Then add the milk by moving the sauce with a balloon whisk. Add the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Allow it to cook for 3 more minutes.
Remove the pasta from the water and mix with the white sauce. Add the Gorgonzola cheese and mix just before serving.
