Preparation
In a large pot, cook pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes or until al dente.
Meanwhile, start by preparing the sauce. In a medium hot pot over medium heat, cream and chicken broth until it boils for 5 minutes.
Add the Gorgonzola cheese and the almonds and stir until the cheese is dissolved in the cream.
Season the sauce and combine with the pasta.
