Ingredients: 3 tablespoons olive oil; 2 cloves garlic, chopped; 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped; 1/4 onions, finely chopped; 3 red bell peppers; 2 cups button mushrooms, chopped; 1/4 cups tomato, chopped, peeled and seeded; 1 1/4 cups tomato purée; 4 Dolores® premium yellow fin tuna medallions, cut into large cubes; 1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon marjoram; 2 leaves bay; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; 10 lasagna sheets, (sheets) cooked; 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated; 1/2 cups cherry tomato, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil and fry the garlic, celery, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato, cook for 5 minutes, add the tomato puree and cook for 5 more minutes, add the cubes of Dolores® Yellowfin Tuna Medallions, the sun-dried tomato and season with marjoram, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Set the filling aside.
