LASAGNA OF 7 CHEESES

This recipe is created with my favorite ingredients in a single dish. It is ideal to share between family or friends.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 piece of onion big
  • 2 cloves of garlic big
  • 10 milliliters of vegetable oil
  • 850 grams of ground beef
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 package of Lasagna The modern
  • 1 package of sauce for pasta La Moderna
  • 10 grams of Butter
  • 200 grams of Ham cut into cubes
  • 1 can of fresh mushroom in sheets
  • 500 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 300 grams of Manchego cheese
  • 100 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 100 grams of Chihuahua cheese
  • 100 grams of asadero cheese
  • 100 grams of Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 stick of cream cheese 190 g
  • basil thyme, tomero
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

    Preparation

    Cook the onion and garlic in a skillet previously heated with oil. Add ground beef
    Finish cooking over low heat and rectify the flavor.
    Put to heat in a large pot 2 liters of water with two tablespoons of salt, half onion and add the oil.
    When the water boils, add the sheets of lasagna MODERN 5 in 5 and let cook for 8 minutes or when they feel soft. Repeat the process until you finish cooking the package.
    With the help of a slotted spoon and a fork, we take out the sheets and we pass them through the cold water of the tap, and we put them on a napkin to absorb the excess water.
    We grease the glass refractory with butter and cover with a layer of lasagna sheets repeating this process: LA MODERNA pasta sauce, bed of ground meat, ham in cubes, mushrooms and mixture of the 7 cheeses.
    We repeat this process until forming 4 layers. Finally, cover the lasagna with a layer of pasta and add the last mixture of cheeses covering the sheet perfectly.
    We preheat the oven to 180ºC. And cook the lasagna for 10 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned.
    Once the lasagna is ready, we remove from the oven taking care not to burn ourselves. We cut it into 6 servings and serve hot.

    PRESENTATION

    Cut the lasagna in 6 portions, use a white plate to present and decorate with a fresh basil leaf.

    TIPS

    If at the time of removing the sheets of lasagna from the pot you think you can burn, you can pour the pot into a drainer and go through the cold tap water. This in turn will help us so that the sheets do not stick together. For the basil we have to leave it for 3 minutes in ice water so that the green color is much more alive and looks fresher.
