Prepare this incredible Lasagna Christmas based on Natural Tuna, with a tomato sauce very fast and easy to make. This rich sauce has a little dehydrated tomato, onion, pepper, mushrooms, tomato with a touch of marjoram and laurel au gratin with mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 red peppers
  • 2 cups mushroom, chopped
  • 1/4 cups tomtato, chopped, skinless and seedless
  • 1 1/4 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 4 Dolores® Tuna Medallions Yellow Fin Premium, cut into large cubes
  • 1/2 cups dehydrated tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 10 pasta for lasagna, (plates) cooked
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the olive oil and fry the garlic, celery, onion, pepper, mushrooms, tomato, cook 5 minutes, add the tomato puree and cook for 5 more minutes, add the cubes Medallions of Tuna Dolores® Yellow Fin, the dehydrated tomato and season marjoram, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Reserve the fill.
In a greased container place a layer of lasagne sheets, add a layer of filling and a layer of mozzarella cheese, repeat the same process to get the desired layers. In the last layer add a layer of lasagna sheets and mozzarella cheese, a bit of cherry tomatoes.
Bake lasagna for 15 minutes or until cheese gratin. Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve a piece of lasagna and serve with a salad.

TIPS

You can add white sauce to the layers if you wish.
