Ingredients

4 portions
  • 900 grams Tyson® Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless), ground chicken
  • 1/2 kilos corn tortilla
  • 1/2 kilos beefsteak tomato
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1/4 kilos manchego cheese
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 onion, medium bite
  • 2 cloves garlic

Preparation
