It is a simple paste to prepare with a rich flavor that contrasts sweet and salty as its main ingredient is sweet corn which is accompanied with bacon.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 500 grams bacon
  • 220 grams sweet corn
  • 220 grams milk cream
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

Cook the pasta until you get your preferred term, in this case it is better to be al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, place the onion completely grated in a saucepan with the diced bacon in small squares and with the tablespoon of butter, cook over medium heat until the bacon is golden brown.
Add the corn can, put a little salt and pepper, stir and leave a minute for the corn to taste.
Add the melted cheese, the cream of milk and the cup of whole milk, stir until the mixture is homogeneous, cook on low heat for 5 minutes more.
Remove from the heat, serve the pasta portions in their corresponding dishes, and then add the sauce and a touch of Parmesan cheese.
