Among the pasta recipes for children, mac & cheese is one of their favorites. Fortunately, the dish is very easy to make and is very practical for any day of the week. This version includes broccoli and bacon, which make it a more complete dish, ideal for sharing with the family.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 grams of FUD® Chopped Bacon
  • 1/2 Cup of White onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of White pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of onion powder
  • 2 cups of Manchego cheese FUD® grated
  • 1 Cup of yellow cheese grated
  • 3 cups of elbow pasta cooked
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 2 cups of broccoli cut into very small trees and bleached

    Preparation

    Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the FUD® chopped bacon until golden brown; Reserve a little for last.
    Add the onion and garlic to the pan, cook for a few minutes and add the whipping cream, milk and butter. Season with white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, mix and cook until it boils.
    Add the FUD® Manchego cheese and the yellow cheese until they melt. Add the coditos, season with salt, cook until it thickens, and add the broccoli and a little more cheese to gratin.
    Sprinkle with the bacon you reserved at the beginning and serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with more sprinkled bacon.

    TIPS

    Do not bake the pasta so that when it is mixed with the cheeses, it does not break.
