Ingredients: 4 cups tomato; olive oil; 1 1/2 cups onion; 1 clove garlic; 2 tablespoons McCORMICK® Sea Salt with Fine Herbs; McCORMICK® Sea Salt with Fine Herbs; water; 1 package fettuccine pasta; 2 tablespoons butter; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 2 cups shrimp; McCORMICK® Sea Salt with Fine Herbs; McCORMICK® pepper; Parmesan cheese

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes, until the onion is translucent; add the tomato and lower the temperature a bit, cook for another 10 minutes, until the tomato breaks down, the texture should be semi-granular. Add the two tablespoons of McCORMICK® Fine Herb Sea Salt and mix; remove from heat and set aside. Heat water until boiling and add enough McCORMICK® Fine Herb Sea Salt, cook the pasta for 10 minutes. Set aside.
