Pad Thai is an authentic Thai dish. The original dish is made with rice noodles, fish sauce, shrimp, peanuts and spices. This pasta is very rich and very original.

Preparation
Dip the rice noodles in a deep bowl with hot water for 20 minutes. Be sure to cover the noodles 100%. Strain the noodles from the water and set aside.
In a deep bowl, mix lemon juice, fish sauce and sugar.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp, garlic, pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Add the eggs (lightly beaten), and cook for 1 minute.
Add the rice noodles, the fish sauce mixture, half the soy germ, half the peanuts and half the scallion and cook for 1 minute more.
In a separate pan, cook the shrimp 2 minutes on each side and add Pad Thai.
