Ingredients: 4 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon; 1 chicken breast, skinless and boneless; 200 grams fusilli pasta; 1 cup low-fat milk; 1 cup oyster mushrooms, cut into thin strips; 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder; 1 teaspoon oregano; 1/2 cups cherry tomato, cut in half; 4 teaspoons Primavera Light® unsalted margarine

In a medium saucepan, melt the margarine Primavera Chantilly® Salt-Free over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on all sides. Add and incorporate the mushrooms and cook for two minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for a couple more minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in the milk along with the Knorr® Suiza chicken broth, nutmeg, and oregano. Mix everything well.
