It is a recipe in my opinion very easy and inexpensive to make besides having a flavor that I have left to people without stopping to eat it adults and children love it, it is a dish that goes well in parties and also that is made in a very little time .

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package elbow pasta , smooth Modern
  • 4 mojarras, in fillet
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • salt, the needed
  • black pepper, necessary amount
  • garlic salt, necessary amount
  • chile de árbol peppers, broken to taste
  • 1 twig celery
  • 1 can mushroom, little

Preparation

In a pot put to heat the trickle of oil and onion, until it is clear remove and add to the blender.
In the same pot where the onion was put without washing, we put water and salt, once it is seen that the steam is coming out, introduce the pasta until it finishes cooking.
In the blender together the onion add the cream and liquefy.
Once the pasta is cooked, remove a little of the cooking water without making the pasta very dry. Add the celery, seasonings, mushrooms and cream, mix over low heat to avoid sticking.
Place the fish on the pasta and cover with a little of the sauce, cover and before the cooking of the fish is finished, uncover the pot and return to bathe with the sauce.

PRESENTATION

Place in a medium deep dish so that it is eaten with the sauce and you can put a little bit of broken chili from the tree and if you like some powdered cheese.

TIPS

Hot or cold with toast and cookies tastes wonderful.
