Preparation
In a pot put to heat the trickle of oil and onion, until it is clear remove and add to the blender.
In the same pot where the onion was put without washing, we put water and salt, once it is seen that the steam is coming out, introduce the pasta until it finishes cooking.
In the blender together the onion add the cream and liquefy.
Once the pasta is cooked, remove a little of the cooking water without making the pasta very dry. Add the celery, seasonings, mushrooms and cream, mix over low heat to avoid sticking.
Place the fish on the pasta and cover with a little of the sauce, cover and before the cooking of the fish is finished, uncover the pot and return to bathe with the sauce.
