When you want to prepare easy recipes for kids, this BBQ Chicken Screw Pasta will likely be a perfect and quick option. Preparation
Peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Cut the pineapple, celery, and bell pepper into pieces.
Wash and cut the chicken breasts into cubes, and mix with the above ingredients.
Mix Hunt's ® Chipotle BBQ Sauce with orange juice. With half of the above mixture, marinate the chicken with the vegetables in a baking dish, and set aside the other half. Add salt and pepper to taste and let the marinated chicken rest for 30 minutes.
15 minutes before baking, preheat the oven to 180º.
Put the chicken with the vegetables in the oven and bake for 20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
While it bakes, bring a pot of water with salt to a boil, and once boiling, cook the pasta for 12 minutes or until al dente.
Drain the pasta and mix it with the chicken and vegetables.
In a pot, heat the remaining half of the Hunt's ® Chipotle BBQ Sauce until it boils, then mix it with the pasta, chicken, and vegetables.
Serve hot.
Tips
If you don't like spicy, try making the recipe with Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce.
