Preparation
Cook the steamed broccoli florets for 5 minutes. Reserve.
In a pan over low heat melt the butter, add the garlic, carrot and basil, when you release the aroma (2 min approx) add the cream, blue cheese and cream cheese. Stir slowly until the cheeses have melted and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Salt and pepper to taste. Add the cayenne pepper. Turn off the fire.
Cook the pasta as indicated in the package. Drain.
Serve the pasta with the broccoli and bathe with the cheese sauce.
