Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package penne pasta
  • 2 cans clam, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1 tablespoon basil

Preparation

Bring a large pot with 10 cups of water and a tablespoon of coarse salt to a boil.
While the water is heating the oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the liquid from the clams and parsley to the skillet and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add the clams, wine, and basil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Bring the penne pasta to a boil in the boiling water and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until "al dente".
Add the pasta to the skillet with the clam sauce and mix a little. Serve.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with chopped parsley and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.

TIPS

"al dente" means "to the point", that the pasta is not soggy.
