Preparation
In a mortar or food processor put the basil, with a little fat salt, pinones and garlic.
Grind and add the Parmesan cheese little by little, continuing to grind and then the olive oil, to make a smooth paste.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with salt (as indicated in the package) and once it is al dente, drain.
Mix the pesto with the spaghetti and sprinkle with whole pinones and more Parmesan cheese.
Also this pesto is rich with rice, chicken or meat.
