Heat water in a deep pot. Once it reaches a boil, add Farfalle De Luigi® and cook for 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and set aside. Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chili flakes, white wine, and let evaporate for 3 minutes. Pour in the crushed tomato, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the mussels, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Finally, add the Farfalle De Luigi®, mix, and remove from heat.
