Ingredients: 1 package La Moderna® screw, 200 g; 1 1/2 cups bacon, thick cut, in medium cubes; 1 1/2 cups cherry tomato, 1 Picadilly tomato, halved; 1 cup pear tomato, 1 datterino tomato, halved; 1 cup red beefsteak tomato, 1 cherry tomato, halved; 1 cup Roma tomato, 1 can San Marzano tomatoes, halved; 1 1/2 cups onion, chopped into medium pieces; 1 stalk celery, in pieces; 1/2 cups fresh basil leaf; salt; 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil; 1/4 cups basil; Parmesan cheese, sliced, for garnish; fresh basil leaf, for garnish

For the pasta: Heat a pot of water and wait until it boils. Once boiling, add enough salt and wait for it to boil again, then pour in the package of Tornillo La Moderna® and cook for 10 minutes; the pasta should be al dente. Set aside. Cook the tomatoes, onion, celery, and basil in a pot over medium heat for 20 minutes. Set the tomato sauce aside and let it cool.
