Ingredients: 500 grams spaghetti; 7 cups water; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 2 tablespoons onion; 3 chorizos, slices; 1 cup asparagus, cut; 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper, sliced; 680 grams Hunt´S® tomato sauce for pasta; 1/2 cups sour cream; 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped; salt and pepper

In a pot, heat the water and cook the pasta until it is done, drain, let cool, and set aside. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and add the onion, then add the chorizo and cook for 5 minutes. Add the asparagus, bell pepper, Hunt's® Traditional Pasta Sauce, sour cream, and finally season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Cook for 5 more minutes.
