Preparation
It is put to heat water to high fire in a saucepan. When it is boiling, add the pasta, salt and olive oil. Stir continuously to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.
When the pasta is cooked (it is soft, it has absorbed water and the level of it has been lowered in the pan) the water is poured with the help of a sieve and the pasta is returned to the pan.
Add pesto, Parmesan cheese and vegetables. Everything is mixed. It is then served hot or cold.
