Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 grams of penne pasta Luigi Rigate High Protein
  • 600 grams of flank steak in strips
  • 2 cans of bell pepper roasted
  • 1 tablespoon of chipotle chile pepper marinated
  • 5 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1/2 stick of Butter
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 4 spoonfuls of ketchup
  • 4 spoonfuls of honey
  • 1/2 Cup of orange juice
  • ground black peppers gross

    Preparation

    In a frying pan with oil, fry the onion, remove it and add the butter, melt it and add the fully ground peppers, the chipotle sauce, the ketchup, the honey, the vinegar and the orange juice.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes to thicken (the sauce should be completely smooth).
    Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.
    Fry or roast the flank stew, bathing it with a little of the sauce, and with the rest, lightly season the pasta.
    Sprinkle the pasta with a little pepper and serve hot.

    TIPS

    Accompany with slices of tomato, strips of Oaxaca cheese and a touch of olive oil.
