It is excellent for your palate and your skin, prepare this delicious penne rigate pasta with carrot and almond cream, you will love it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cube of chicken consommé Low in salt
  • 100 grams of almond
  • 7 carrots
  • 1/2 liter of Water
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of cream
  • 1 package of penne rigate
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter

    Preparation

    Wash and disinfect the carrots.
    Prepare the pasta according to the instructions.
    Heat the 1/2 liter of water, when it starts to boil add the chicken cube and carrots, dissolve the bucket perfectly. Wait 15 minutes and turn off.
    Let cool for a few minutes, add the cooked carrots with the water in the blender, 1/4 of milk, 2 tablespoons of cream and liquefy.
    In a frying pan place the tablespoon of butter over low heat, add the mixture we have just prepared, move constantly so that all the ingredients are incorporated, wait for about 15 minutes moving or until the mixture is reduced and thickened.

    PRESENTATION

    Place the pasta on a plate, serve our carrot cream and decorate with almonds.

    TIPS

    If you do not want to wait for the mixture to thicken you can add a pinch of cornstarch to make it faster. Add the butter and then turn on the stove, almost immediately the mixture, take care not to burn the butter.
