Ingredients

8 portions
  • 340 grams dry lasagna
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 700 grams Portobello mushroom
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg
  • olive oils
  • coarse salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Bring a large pot of water with 3 tablespoons of salt and a tablespoon of oil to boil. Add the lasagna and cook for 10 minutes. Strain and save.
For the white sauce, bring the milk to a boil in a pot, remove from the heat. In another pot, melt 1 stick of butter, add the flour and cook for 1 minute over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Add the hot milk and mix. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and with a whisk, whisk while continuing to cook for 5 minutes until thickened. Get out of the fire.
Remove the sticks from the portobello mushrooms and slice the tops off the mushrooms.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and cook for 5 minutes.
To assemble the lasagna, place a little of the white sauce in an 18 x 20 cm baking dish. Top the sauce with a layer of lasagna, then more sauce, then 1/3 of the mushrooms and 1/4 of the cup of Parmesan. Repeat this step 2 more times and in the final layer place lasagna, sauce and the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
Bake lasagna for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and bubbly. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

TIPS

If you can't find portobello mushrooms, you can make it with mushrooms.

Pregunta La informacion nutrimental es para cuantos gramos de producto? un pedazo (cuanto?) o la lasagna entera?

pequeño cambio en la receta Hola, no tuve tiempo de comprar portobellos, asi que la hice con hongos comunes y corrientes. Tambien añadi unos pimientos rojos. Me quedo deliciosa.
