Ingredients

5 portions
  • canned anchovy
  • capers
  • black olives
  • canned tomato
  • olive oils, necessary amount
  • garlic
  • salt
  • powdered parmesan cheese

Preparation

We put a pot of water on the fire until it boils, we add the salt and then our long pasta until it is al dente. Strain add olive oil to reserve.
Place a pan over high heat add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, in a blender add the can of tomatoes, garlic, blend and add to the pan that we have preheated. Let cook for about 10 minutes then place the anchovies in the sauce, the black olives and the capers. Let cook 15 minutes and turn off the sauce.
Finally, we pour the reserved pasta over the sauce and add the Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil on top.
Serve in a bowl and eat. Enjoy your meal.
