Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams rice noodles, vermicelli
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon spicy curry, powdered
  • 1 cabbage, china, cut into 1 cm strips
  • 1 carrot, large, cut in julienne
  • 150 milliliters chicken soup, hot
  • 1 teaspoon White tea, of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons White wine vinegar
  • 400 grams shrimp, small cooked peeled
  • 140 grams soybean sprouts
  • chives, chopped
  • oils, oriental spicy, to serve
  • soy sauce, at your service

Preparation

Put the pasta in a bowl, cover with boiling water and soak for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok and fry the ginger for 1 minute. Add the curry and cook for 1 minute.
Add the Chinese cabbage and carrot, sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken broth, sugar and vinegar, then add the shrimp, the soy germ and the noodles.
Cook for a few minutes, then add the chives and serve with a little oriental spicy oil and soy sauce.
