Simple and fast traditional Italian recipe, consisting of spaghetti with olive oil and chopped garlic . It is a dish with a lot of flavor and that its preparation will not take much time. It is excellent to accompany a white wine.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 branches parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper
  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 10 grams parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Peel and cut the garlic into thin slices, remove the branches of parsley and chop finely. Crush the red pepper.
Cook the pasta in 2 liters of water with 2 tablespoons of salt for 8 minutes over high heat.
While cooking the pasta add to a pan over low heat oil.
When it is hot add the garlic and red pepper, stirring constantly.
Drain the pasta when it is al-dente and add it to the pan.
Remove from heat and add the parsley and juice of half a lemon.
Season to your liking

PRESENTATION

It serves as a nest in the middle of a flat white plate.

TIPS

Parmesan cheese is optional. Beware of garlic, it burns quickly and this ruins the taste of the pasta.
