Preparation
Peel and cut the garlic into thin slices, remove the branches of parsley and chop finely. Crush the red pepper.
Cook the pasta in 2 liters of water with 2 tablespoons of salt for 8 minutes over high heat.
While cooking the pasta add to a pan over low heat oil.
When it is hot add the garlic and red pepper, stirring constantly.
Drain the pasta when it is al-dente and add it to the pan.
Remove from heat and add the parsley and juice of half a lemon.
