Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, milled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 350 grams sausage, or longaniza
  • 1 boat half and half cream
  • 3 tomatoes, without shell or seeds
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cook the pasta with a tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt.
In a pot, sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil. Add the shredded sausage and sauté until well cooked.
Add the mushrooms and wait for them to cook. Add half cream and salt. Turn off the fire and reserve.
Grind the tomatoes in a blender with a little salt, pepper, basil and a pinch of sugar (to remove the acidity of the tomatoes). Cook in a pot for five minutes.

PRESENTATION

On a large plate, form a mirror with the mushroom sauce with chopped parsley, arrange the pasta carefully, bathe it with the tomato sauce. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and basil.
