In a pot, cook the pasta in water with a splash of oil, one garlic clove, and a little salt. When it's ready, drain the water. Blend the evaporated milk, cream cheese, and 1 1/2 cans of oysters; reserve the rest. In a skillet with a little olive oil and the other minced garlic clove, add the reserved chopped oysters and sauté for one minute. Add all the other blended ingredients; once it boils, add the spaghetti and let it soak in the sauce for a moment. When serving, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
