Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, You can also use normal tomato cut into strips
  • 1 zucchini
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 kilos mushroom
  • 1 boat whipped cream
  • 1 fist parsley
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Put the butter in the pan with the onion and add the cut courgettes, let them cook for about 10 minutes or until they look more tender. At the same time we are incorporating our onion and mushrooms (mushrooms).
Now let's add the cream or a teaspoon of but of vegetables. Simultaneously put a pot of water to boil and add a tablespoon of salt, when boiling add our spaghetti and let it cook over low heat. While we return to our sauce. Eye: it is always better to go over and move the spaghetti a bit so that they do not stick together and cook well.
Once the cream is added, let it simmer and stir a little for about 3 minutes until it is hot. Simultaneously check our spaghetti and since this ready we emptied the water and served on our plate.
Since it is all cooked add pepper and parsley to our liking.

PRESENTATION

Top put our sauce with some vegetables and go! It tastes delicious!
