Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 package of spaghetti
  • 1 can of anchovy
  • 2 pieces of green lemon
  • 5 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 5 slices of onion
  • 100 grams of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 pinch of black pepper to taste

    Preparation

In a large pot, boil 8 cups of water and onion slices.
Once the water is boiling, add the spaghetti and cook until when cutting a spaghetti it does not have white in the center (approximately 5-10 minutes).
As soon as the spaghetti is removed from the water and put 4-5 ice on it to stop the cooking and ensure that it is al dente (to the point).
In a small pot heat the olive oil with the garlic until golden brown.
Remove from the heat and add the juice of the lemons and the can of anchovies, mixing until it dissolves.
Put the spaghetti in a platter to serve and add the anchovy sauce, mix well.
Garnish with the parmesan cheese in slices and serve.
