  • 1 liter water
  • 250 grams pasta
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 150 grams Parmesan cheese
  • olive oils
  • salt, necessary amount
  • pepper, necessary amount


Heat in a pan ¾ full of water.
Cut the bacon into squares and put it in a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
When the water boils, put the pasta in the pot.
Strain the pasta.
Put the pasta in the pot and add the bacon, egg, butter and Parmesan cheese.
Stir well and serve hot.
