There is nothing richer and easier than a cod cake with Manchego cheese. Mac and cheese is a very tasty, inexpensive recipe with a unique taste. It is the perfect side dish or the ideal main course, and Santa Clara milk adds a touch of special flavor to the cheese sauce.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 liter lactose free milk, ligth Santa Clara®
  • 350 grams pasta, coditos
  • 2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 150 grams bacon, fried and sliced
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat the Ligth Santa Clara® Deslact Milk in a pot at low temperature, add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta and reserve.
Mix the pasta, butter, Manchego cheese, bacon, egg, pepper and salt in a bowl.
Pour this mixture into an oven refractory. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with bread.

A través de Android Hervirla con leche da un buen Plus. Recomiendo que aparte de mantequilla le pongan un chorrito de aceite, antes de meterla al horno. La textura es perfecta.
