Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat the Ligth Santa Clara® Deslact Milk in a pot at low temperature, add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta and reserve.
Mix the pasta, butter, Manchego cheese, bacon, egg, pepper and salt in a bowl.
