Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 cups Water, for pasta
  • 1 branch thyme, fresh, for pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for pasta
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 200 grams fettuccine, vegan
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom, filleted
  • 1/2 cups whole kernel corn
  • 2 cups cream, vegetable
  • 1 cup Homemade sauce with Chipotle La Costeña®
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, to decorate, finely chopped

Preparation

Heat the water, add olive oil, thyme, salt, and pasta. Cook until the fettuccini is al dente.
Heat the margarine in a skillet over medium heat, add the garlic, the mushrooms, cook until soft, add the corn kernels.
Add the cream and the homemade sauce with Chipotle La Costeña®
Add the pasta, season with salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Finish with parsley.
