Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4 cups of Water for pasta
  • 1 branch of thyme fresh, for pasta
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil for pasta
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 200 grams of fettuccine vegan
  • 2 spoonfuls of margarine
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of mushroom filleted
  • 1/2 Cup of whole kernel corn
  • 2 cups of cream vegetable
  • 1 Cup of Homemade sauce with Chipotle La Costeña®
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley to decorate, finely chopped

    Preparation

    Heat the water, add olive oil, thyme, salt, and pasta. Cook until the fettuccini is al dente.
    Heat the margarine in a skillet over medium heat, add the garlic, the mushrooms, cook until soft, add the corn kernels.
    Add the cream and the homemade sauce with Chipotle La Costeña®
    Add the pasta, season with salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Finish with parsley.
