Preparation
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the chopped onion and fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for several more minutes. Add the tomatoes, the tomato puree, the crushed garlic, the rosemary and season to taste.
Boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the chopped chicken and ham and reheat.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling water with salt. Drain very well, place in a platter and pour the chicken and ham sauce.
