Preparation
Chop the onion in julienne.
Cut the garlic into slices.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Place 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
Add the pasta, onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes and basil.
Add salt and pepper and add the pepperoni.
Wait 10-15 minutes until the pasta has cooked and the water has almost evaporated.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and a few basil leaves.
