A delicious pasta with shrimps and clams; It is a very complete dish because of the amount of seafood it has and the taste is delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package fettuccine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 tomatoes, without seeds and cut into large cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 500 grams shrimp, raw, peeled, cleaned and cut in half throughout
  • Italian herbs
  • pepperoncino Italian crush red pepper , to taste
  • 1 twig parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan, grated
  • 100 grams clam

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, but do not add salt.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and tomatoes until softened, stirring occasionally.
Add the shrimp and clams; cook until the shrimp turn pink. It incorporates the peperoncino and the Italian herbs; Cook until they are finished heating. Season to taste.
Drain the pasta, put it in a platter; add the mixture of shrimp, parsley, parmesan and the rest of the tomatoes; stir well to coat them.
