Heat enough water in a pot until it boils, then add the salt and wait for it to boil again. Add the La Moderna® Spaghetti, cook for about 8 minutes, remove from heat, and drain the pasta. Set aside. For the pesto: Add the basil, parsley, walnuts, garlic cloves, parmesan cheese, olive oil, and salt to a processor. Grind in small bursts of 5 seconds until you achieve a well-integrated mixture.
