Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 package spaghetti, The modern
  • chicken broth powder, to taste
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 45 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams manchego cheese
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 50 grams onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • asparagus, disinfected

Preparation

Boil the La Moderna spaghetti in a liter of water with a pinch of Chicken Broth until it is completely cooked. Remove from the heat and place the pasta in a colander, pour cold water over the pasta and let it rest.
For the Cheese Cream: Boil the evaporated milk together with the butter, the cream, the milk, add the mozzarella cheese and the Manchego cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix until all the ingredients are dissolved, remove and save to one side.
Melt butter, cook onion with garlic until golden brown, then add spaghetti and sauté with butter.
Add the cheese cream to the pasta, mix and cook for 5 minutes
Sauté a little garlic in butter together with the asparagus until they are cooked.
Serve the pasta and decorate with the asparagus

PRESENTATION

Serve and garnish with asparagus, add pepper to taste.

TIPS

Accompany the pasta with golden bread of butter and garlic.
