Heat water with a pinch of salt and a little oil until it boils, add the package of spaghetti, and let it cook for 15 minutes or until it is soft (drain it). Put half of the tomato to boil. Blend the cooked tomato with the cream and the chipotle; strain. Form small balls with the ground meat adding pepper to taste.
