Boil water along with the spaghetti, a teaspoon of oil, the clove of garlic, and salt to taste. Approximately 10 minutes later, drain the spaghetti and remove the onion and the clove of garlic. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the previously cooked spaghetti, then add the cream, salt, and pepper; mix everything and let it heat for 5 minutes.
