Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 package spaghetti pasta, La Moderna®
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • 4 poblano peppers, tatemado
  • 1 ulna chicken broth powder
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Preparation

Cook the pasta in a pot with water, salt and a little oil.
In addition, the poblano chiles are tatemed and once they are cooked, clean them. Reserve a chile and divide it into squares.
Once cooked the pasta is left to drain, reserve.
Put in the blender, the 3 chiles tatemados, the half cream, and the cubito de caldo de pollo. Blend for 3 minutes.
Once liquefied, add the mixture in a bowl together with the spaquetti and the chopped chili, mix everything and ready to serve.
