Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams spaghetti, # 7 De Luigi High Protein
  • 2 jars smoked oyster
  • 1/2 glasses white wine
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons mashed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Meanwhile in a pan, fry in olive oil, garlic, tomato puree, parsley and oysters.
Let 5 minutes go by and add the white wine.
Increase the flame and let it evaporate. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta, hot pour it into the pan and sauté with the seasoning for 2 or 3 minutes.

TIPS

You can use canned almonds in place of oysters.
