Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams spaghetti, # 5 De Luigi High Protein
  • 300 grams smoked marlin, shredded
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 grams black olive, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/2 glasses dry white wine
  • 4 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion, girl
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • salt

Preparation

Fry the garlic and onion in the oil, chopped until smooth.
Add the tomato puree, the olives, the capers, the chile and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the Márlin and at 5 minutes the wine, let evaporate and season with salt.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Serve hot on plates covered with sauce and chopped parsley.
